This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Management Specialist to contribute to a dynamic IT environment. You will be instrumental in supporting process managers with IT service processes such as Incident, Change, and Request Management. Key responsibilities include assisting with training on IT guidelines, generating reports to monitor service processes using defined metrics, and providing support for daily IT service inquiries. The position also involves managing the Omnitracker tool within the IT service management context and participating in various projects related to IT processes and tools. This role is ideal for someone with practical experience in process and service management, strong ITIL knowledge, and a proactive approach to new challenges, offering a chance to grow within a large German insurance group.
Required Skills
Education
Technical or business administration degree, or relevant vocational training
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Management
- Experience in process and service management
- Practical application experience with ITSM tools and their interfaces
