Job Summary

This role involves actively contributing to the conception, steering, and continuous development of the group-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. Day-to-day tasks include developing guidelines, policies, and processes related to Segregation of Duties (SoD), role management, and recertification. The specialist will also be responsible for creating test concepts, coordinating, and executing test cycles. This position acts as a crucial interface between business departments and IT, providing consulting and managing requirements. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, coupled with professional experience, or equivalent vocational training. Success in this role requires strong organizational and technical IAM knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively within project teams, potentially leading sub-projects.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related informatics-adjacent field; alternatively, vocational training in the data processing (DV) sector with equivalent knowledge and skills.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in an IT-related field (required if not holding a relevant degree)
  • Professional experience in organizational and technical IAM, preferably focusing on SoD, role management, and recertification
  • Experience in an interface function between business expertise and technology
