Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing the digital sales funnel by analyzing data across all touchpoints and identifying data-driven optimization potential. The Digital Analytics & Marketing Technology Manager will be responsible for the web analytics setup, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and leading the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to derive concrete recommendations for action. A core part of the job is the continuous development of reports, analyses, visualizations, and dashboards focused on key business KPIs. You will also maintain and enhance the marketing technology stack, including web analytics, tag management, and testing tools, working closely with Data and IT teams to build and manage internal and external data pipelines. This position requires strong analytical skills, expertise in web analytics tools (Adobe/GA), and a solid understanding of data privacy requirements in the online marketing environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or comparable field

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience in Web/Digital/Data Analytics
  • Experience ideally in E-Commerce or Online Business
  • Experience in planning and evaluating A/B tests/experiments
  • Professional experience with data queries and analyses (SQL, BI/Dashboarding)
  • Strong knowledge of Web Analytics and Tag Management (Adobe/GA, TMS)
