Job Summary

This role involves working as a Data Center and Network Infrastructure Technician for a leading IT service provider in Europe, specializing in high-availability data center operations and complex network environments. The successful candidate will join a dedicated service team, primarily working in a 24/5 shift model on-site in Neckarsulm. Day-to-day tasks include extensive network patching, cabling and installation in server rooms, handling standard service requests, and performing on-site IT services like installations, moves, adds, changes, and removals. The position also involves providing event and VIP IT support, managing RSA tokens, and handling warehouse logistics.
