Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the organization and quality control of all backend services within a data center, ensuring reliable, secure, and uninterrupted IT operations. The Service Lead will coordinate closely with internal departments, technical teams, and project groups, while also initiating and managing optimization measures for continuous service process improvement. A key part of the job is contributing to the design and implementation of new infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or similar, with extensive experience in server landscape administration (Windows and Linux), storage systems, VMware/vSphere, Citrix, and backup/recovery solutions.
