As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating the transformation and continuous development of the IT end-to-end process landscape, ensuring its quality within the Quality & Process Management team. Your daily responsibilities will include technically overseeing the IT process house, ensuring its compliance with applicable ISO standards, and collaborating with process architects to define consistent processes. You will lead process improvements, quality initiatives, and harmonization efforts across the IT organization, developing and implementing KPIs to measure process maturity and efficiency.
