Job Summary

The Production Engineer will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of rail vehicle service operations at Stadler's competence center in Frauenfeld. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting rigorous quality controls, assessing production complaints, and creating detailed reports and essential work instructions. A key focus is proactive process optimization, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing technical enhancements in close collaboration with various departments, including front-line Engineering teams. You will also be responsible for creating documentation such as production concepts and assembly sequence planning. This role requires a background in technical education (Engineering or Technician level) and proven experience in quality management and process optimization.
