Job Summary

The Technical Project Manager will take responsibility for the timely execution, planning, and leadership of complex modernization projects within an international setting at Stadler, a leading global mobility company. You will lead a motivated project team, ensuring the implementation of customer specifications and developing future-oriented modernization solutions. Key responsibilities include planning and executing internal engineering activities, creating high-quality engineering documentation, and managing approval and acceptance processes to ensure flawless vehicle quality and timely certification. This role requires a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and long-term experience leading complex international projects, preferably within the railway or plant construction industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong social competence and negotiation skills in both German and English, offering significant scope to shape the future of global mobility.

Required Skills

Education

University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification. Completed business administration further education is desirable.

Experience

  • Long-term experience leading challenging projects in an international environment
  • Long-term experience in the railway industry or plant construction (Anlagebau)
  • Professional experience leading a project team
