This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls, with a strong focus on Windows and Linux systems. Key responsibilities also include the administration and monitoring of customer systems and thorough documentation of all activities. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, along with proven support experience in Microsoft environments, including MS Office 365, and a solid understanding of Linux systems.
