Job Summary
This Senior IT Support Specialist role offers the opportunity to join a top German engineering and IT service provider on a permanent contract. The specialist will be responsible for managing and monitoring diverse customer IT infrastructures, including Windows Clients, Windows Servers, and Linux systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Daily tasks involve handling customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, administering core technologies like Storage, Networking, and Firewalls, and performing hardware and software troubleshooting. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification and at least three years of dedicated support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, alongside familiarity with MS Office 365.
