Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 2nd-level onsite IT support to users, ensuring their digital workspaces run smoothly. Day-to-day, you'll manage and resolve IT issues for PCs, notebooks, printers, smartphones, and IP telephony, acting as the primary point of contact for client representatives. You'll handle pre-qualified incidents via a ticketing system, collaborate with specialized teams, and manage user profiles in Active Directory. Key responsibilities also include hardware setup/dismantling, workstation relocations, user training, and supporting hardware rollouts and site changes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or relevant support experience, be proficient with Windows and MS Office, and possess strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
