Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Modern Workspace Engineer specializing in Microsoft Intune and M365 to manage seamless software deployment and support for Windows and M365 environments. Day-to-day responsibilities involve packaging software for Windows clients and servers (including Citrix), managing the end-to-end process for client software services, and actively supporting the M365 Office Suites. The engineer will also be crucial in incident management, performing root cause analysis for client software issues, and supporting the operation of Windows Group Policies and Windows Update Servers (including patch management). The ideal candidate possesses an IT education or equivalent qualification, foundational knowledge in software and support, and initial exposure to Microsoft cloud products like Intune and M365. This position is full-time, permanent, located in Munich, and requires strong systemic thinking and customer orientation, offering attractive compensation and flexible working models.
