Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of the university's building and technical infrastructure, from planning and construction to operation, maintenance, and renovation. Key responsibilities include coordinating new construction and renovation projects in the energy center with a focus on sustainability, strategic planning for cleaning, maintenance, and repair services, and developing modern logistics, including a new locking system and vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, significant experience in project management related to energy supply, and proven leadership skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diplom (FH), Bachelor, or Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology, Operations Engineering, Power Plant Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Supply Engineering.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field after completing a relevant engineering degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience in project management with a focus on energy supply
- Leadership and management competencies
- Experience in applying warehouse management systems
- Experience in building cleaning and material management
