The Institute of Environmental Physics (IUP) at the University of Bremen is seeking a dedicated and creative Postdoctoral Researcher to advance satellite retrieval methods for greenhouse gases. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or university diploma and a doctorate (PhD) in Physics, Geophysics, Meteorology, or a comparable field. Applicants in the final phase of their doctorate will be considered, but the doctoral certificate is required for employment.

  • Experience in atmospheric radiation transport and inversion methods
