Job Summary

This role involves strategically and operationally leading national and international purchasing, focusing on chemical-biochemical raw materials, packaging, and technical components. The successful candidate will develop and implement sustainable purchasing strategies, ensuring supply security, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include supplier selection, qualification, and development, as well as conducting price and contract negotiations. The position requires close collaboration with R&D, Quality Management, Production, and Regulatory Affairs, along with the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering, coupled with commercial qualifications, and significant experience in chemical-biochemical purchasing, preferably within the diagnostics, chemical, medical technology, or process industries. Experience with AI-based systems for analysis and process optimization is also desired, alongside strong negotiation skills and leadership experience.
