Job Summary

This role involves taking ownership of critical Supply Chain Management projects, specifically focusing on production expansions and product transfers within the clinical diagnostics sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for independently planning, controlling, and coordinating projects from the initial concept through successful implementation, serving as the central interface for internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include proactively managing risks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project objectives, and actively contributing to the development and enhancement of internal processes. Candidates must possess a background in natural sciences or process engineering, ideally complemented by experience in manufacturing large-volume clinical chemistry batches, particularly in hematology. A technical understanding of hematological reagents and excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for success in this hands-on, solution-oriented position, which also requires proficiency in MS Office and general IT know-how.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training (Chemical Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technical Assistant, Chemical Production Technician, Medical Technical Assistant) OR Bachelor's/Technician degree (or comparable) with a focus on natural sciences or process engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience (if holding vocational training degree)
  • Experience in manufacturing large-volume batches in clinical chemistry, specifically hematology (Desirable)
  • Knowledge regarding raw materials and their influence on production and transfer processes (Desirable)
