Job Summary

This role is for a Controller to strengthen the Finance department of a medical diagnostics company. The core responsibilities revolve around comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include consulting departments on creating revenue and cost budgets, conducting subsequent variance analyses, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. The Controller is responsible for regular reporting to internal and external decision-makers, analyzing key figures to derive actionable recommendations, and managing cost and performance accounting. A key focus is the setup and optimization of controlling processes across various business units, alongside the maintenance and development of the QlikView BI tool. Candidates should hold relevant commercial training or a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience and strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and BI systems is essential.
