This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in PLC Controls and Automation, focusing on programming, commissioning, and maintaining customized control systems for Konecranes' diverse industrial clients. You will be instrumental in adapting and optimizing control programs, creating modern Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and contributing to the design and implementation of electrical systems, switch cabinets, and wiring, ensuring compliance with technical plans and regulations. The position requires strong expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and common automation bus systems, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to travel for on-site commissioning. Required Skills
Education
Completed training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a technician, or a degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, information technology, or automation technology.

- Professional experience in the design of drive and conveyor technology
- Professional experience in order processing and software for electrical design/PLC programming
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel regularly; comfortable working at heights of 10 to 20 meters.
