Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to be the central point of contact for the Interoperability Platform (IOP) at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), a leading university hospital. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data distribution and application networking within a high-quality clinical and research environment, contributing to the vision of a paperless hospital. Day-to-day, you will manage, operate, and develop IOP modules, support end-users, and lead projects focused on interoperable data exchange. This position involves extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including IT experts, doctors, and hospital decision-makers across Hamburg's Health Harbor (H³) initiative. Required Skills

Education

University degree in an IT-related field or comparable studies, or equivalent skills and experience (e.g., a university degree in an IT-related field with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience)

Experience

  • Professional experience in application support and/or technical support of clinical IT systems and interfaces is advantageous
  • Professional experience in project leadership and project coordination is advantageous

  • Proof of complete immunization or immunity against the measles virus is required prior to employment; willingness for occasional travel (congresses and project meetings)
