Job Summary

This role is for an IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and resource consumption of the IT infrastructure. The specialist will guarantee stable and scalable operations according to the service catalog and SLAs, collaborating with outsourcing partners. Key responsibilities include participating in or leading infrastructure projects, advising on process and IT matters, performing data maintenance and cleansing, analyzing and resolving disruptions, and coordinating developments and support tickets with external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Sentinel.
