Job Summary

This role is for a Lean Expert in Operational Excellence, joining a seven-person team focused on digitalization, automation, and Lean Management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the strategy towards a competence center and Smart Factory for coating, laser, repair, and measurement technologies. A key focus is on significantly boosting productivity in both administrative processes and manufacturing. This position serves as the central point of contact for end-to-end optimizations, driving innovation and speed within Blade&Vanes Berlin. The expert will implement Lean strategies, provide training and coaching on Lean methodologies, and support leadership in establishing key performance indicator systems.
