This role is a crucial System Engineer position focused on Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) control and regulation, supporting the global decarbonization mission within the power transmission sector. The engineer will manage the full project lifecycle, from developing conceptual solutions and preparing proposals to executing software and hardware engineering, conducting rigorous lab tests using real-time simulators, facilitating customer acceptance, and performing international commissioning until final handover. Key responsibilities include creating sophisticated control software for FACTS technologies (SVC/STATCOM) and generating required customer documentation (design specifications).
