Job Summary

This role is centered on developing technical solutions and managing the execution of high-voltage switchgear projects, supporting both tender activities and project implementation. The engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all technical activities, ensuring strict adherence to regulations, QA/QC guidelines, and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle. A core function involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and intensive customer contact to interpret requirements and ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project progress, coordinating internal teams and external subcontractors (construction, electrical, mechanical) within the German region, reviewing technical outputs, and initiating corrective actions. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, long-term experience in the energy/high-voltage sector, and proven expertise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes, driving the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Long-term relevant experience in the energy and/or high-voltage switchgear sector
  • Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for high-voltage systems, wind/solar energy, or conventional power generation
