Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Energy and Building Services Technician responsible for the continuous monitoring and maintenance of building technical systems. Day-to-day, you will perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance, commission new technical systems, machinery, and equipment, and actively control and monitor the building infrastructure to maintain high technical standards. A key part of the role involves coordinating external service providers for maintenance and repair work, and supporting the team with procurement processes and tender document creation.
