Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in operational human resources, serving as the primary contact for employees regarding administrative, labor, collective bargaining, and employment law matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent processing of all personnel-relevant transactions, such as onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, compensation adjustments, and reclassifications, working closely with HR Business Partners. A key focus is maintaining and verifying employee master data, working hours, and absence data within HR and time management systems. The specialist will also be responsible for drafting contracts, certificates, and international HR correspondence. Success in this role requires a strong background in operative HR, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in German and English, and practical experience with modern HR systems like Workday or SAP.

Education
Completed commercial training with a focus on Human Resources or comparable qualification with additional HR-specific education
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in operative HR work
- Experience in a company environment regulated by collective agreements (tariflich geregelt)
