Job Summary
This role involves providing essential administrative and organizational support to the sales team, focusing on managing customer inquiries and maintaining critical sales documentation. Key responsibilities include handling incoming customer requests, providing detailed information on products and services, and diligently managing customer data, opportunities, and ongoing sales projects within the CRM system. The assistant will also be crucial in supporting the quotation, tender, and approval processes, including reviewing tender documents and managing digital platforms. Candidates must possess a commercial qualification or business degree, coupled with professional experience in internal sales or a similar administrative function. Strong proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is required, along with excellent organizational skills and a keen interest in sales metrics and process optimization.
