As Deputy Department Head, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities at the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum in Krefeld and Tönisvorst. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with the Department Head on developing and documenting support concepts, actively participating in group work, and providing direct care, guidance, and support to employees with disabilities in their daily activities. You will also be responsible for close cooperation with guardians, associations, schools, and authorities, and assisting in organizing special projects, group activities, and festivities.
