Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Department Head in overseeing the special needs care (ASB) and social integration (ASI) areas for a major social services provider in Krefeld and Tönisvorst. The Deputy Head will be responsible for creating support concepts and documentation, such as BEI-NRW plans, while actively participating in group work, which includes the care, guidance, nursing, and support of individuals with complex disabilities. A critical component is collaborating closely with legal guardians, associations, schools, and authorities. The position also requires involvement in organizing, planning, and executing special projects and departmental festivities. Candidates should possess a background in pedagogy or nursing, ideally with further qualification in social management or as a certified specialist, along with deep empathy and sensitivity for the needs of disabled individuals. This full-time position offers stable working hours (Monday to Friday, no weekend or shift work) and competitive public sector compensation (TVöD).
