Job Summary

The University of Rostock is seeking a dedicated Research Associate in General and Special Botany to join their Institute for Biosciences. This part-time position (20 hours/week), commencing October 1, 2025, and concluding September 30, 2028, is ideal for a candidate aiming for scientific qualification (Doctorate). The role involves conducting research on desiccation-tolerant vascular plants, performing fundamental laboratory work including enzymatic reactions and solution preparation, and engaging in academic teaching (2 SWS) through exercises, practicals, and excursions.
