Job Summary

This role involves managing configuration and change processes within the EuroDrone program for Airbus Defence and Space. The Configuration & Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing change and problem report management, ensuring compliance of all Configuration Management (CM) deliverables, and supporting the definition of new functionalities in CM tools. Key responsibilities include defining and developing life-cycle processes for CM-controlled product development, preparing and conducting CM Exchange Boards, and acting as an interface between international development and CM departments. The ideal candidate will coordinate and structure inputs, participate in planning meetings, and manage change coordination across Engineering, PMO, Production, and ILS.
