This role is for a Complaint Management Specialist within Quality Assurance | Quality Operations, focusing on investigating customer-returned products, particularly filters, and generating detailed complaint reports. The specialist will manage quality systems, applying knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include hands-on laboratory investigation of filters, creating test reports, supporting process improvement projects, and maintaining investigation databases. The ideal candidate will have a laboratory or technical background, strong technical understanding for troubleshooting, and foundational knowledge in quality management and complaint handling. This hybrid position offers a blend of remote work and on-site presence at the Göttingen campus, providing an opportunity to contribute to a global life science company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a laboratory environment (e.g., BTA, CTA, PTA - Biological Technical Assistant, Chemical Technical Assistant, Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant) or technical training with a good understanding of laboratory products.

  • Practical laboratory experience (advantageous)
