Job Summary

This Senior Consultant role involves advising Lufthansa Group airline clients on the digitalization of operations IT processes. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of business departments and IT, focusing on systems like Amadeus Altéa and modern project methodologies. Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing processes in areas such as Flight Ops, Ground Ops, or Crew Management, conceptualizing IT solutions based on standard products, and consulting stakeholders in complex IT projects from requirements gathering to rollout. This position offers the opportunity to lead national and international projects within the Lufthansa Group, design workshops, conduct reviews, and ensure high user acceptance, collaborating closely with architects, development teams, and business partners in agile, hybrid, or classic environments.
