Job Summary

This full-time, on-site Quality Control Expert position at Sartorius Xell GmbH, located in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock (near Bielefeld), is a temporary role covering parental leave until September 30, 2027. The successful candidate will be a crucial link between the QC laboratory team, production, and the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating QC lab work, verifying product and raw material compliance, documenting results against standards like EP, USP, and ISO, and managing QC equipment qualification and maintenance. The role also involves developing SOPs, investigating out-of-specification deviations, providing internal training, and advising on audits. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in engineering or natural sciences, ideally from the pharma or biotech sector, who possesses strong analytical, organizational, and team skills, along with fluency in German and good English.
