Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Research Associate or PhD Student to contribute to the German government's AI strategy within the ScaDS.AI Dresden/Leipzig competence center. The successful candidate will engage in foundational or applied research focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), knowledge graphs (KGs), and commonsense knowledge. Key responsibilities include preparing publications for top-tier NLP or AI venues, contributing to teaching, and potentially supervising BSc./MSc. theses. This full-time position is limited to three years and aims at obtaining further academic qualification, typically a PhD, under the guidance of the Chair of Knowledge-Aware Artificial Intelligence.
