Job Summary

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead training and personnel development initiatives for the Wesermarsch district administration. You will be responsible for overseeing various vocational training programs, including administrative professionals, social work, hygiene controllers, and IT specialists. A key part of your role will involve analyzing current and future qualification needs, then designing and implementing a comprehensive personnel development strategy that addresses digitalization, demographic shifts, and new legal requirements.
