Job Summary

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead training and personnel development initiatives for the Wesermarsch district administration. You will be responsible for overseeing various vocational training programs, including administrative professionals, social work, hygiene controllers, and IT specialists. A key part of your role will involve analyzing current and future qualification needs, then designing and implementing a comprehensive personnel development strategy that addresses digitalization, demographic shifts, and new legal requirements. This includes establishing mentoring and coaching programs to systematically foster employee potential. Additionally, you will conceptualize and execute further training measures and handle complex HR case management, labor law assessments, and legal appeals. Education

First entry-level qualification for career group 2 or Angestelltenlehrgang II (Advanced Administrative Training Course)

Experience

  • Professional experience in vocational and work-pedagogical suitability (trainer aptitude test) or willingness to acquire it
  • Ideally, specialized knowledge in collective bargaining law or civil service law
