Job Summary

This full-time, permanent Recruiter position, located in the Wesermarsch district, involves managing the end-to-end personnel recruiting process for the public administration. Key responsibilities include independently executing internal and external job postings, advising organizational units on creating requirement profiles, and leading selection committees during interviews. The role also requires developing and implementing strategic and operational recruiting plans, enhancing target-group communication across various channels (career portal, social media), and optimizing the applicant management system. Candidates must possess a strong background in public administration, ideally with experience in recruiting and personnel selection procedures, coupled with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor of Arts/FH/Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (First Entry Level, General Services Career Group 2) or Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) with successfully completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Advanced Employee Course II)

Experience

  • Professional experience in recruiting, personnel acquisition, or selection procedures is advantageous
  • Professional experience in public administration is desirable
  • Willingness to undergo training in tariff and civil service law, including SGB IX (regarding severely disabled applicants)
