This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting their end-client, Infosys. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests, performing troubleshooting for a range of hardware including PCs, notebooks, and printers, and configuring and installing end-user devices. Key tasks also involve assisting users with mobile devices, diagnosing network issues, and providing onsite support for client-side IMAC services.
