Job Summary

This role is for a technically proficient IT Onsite Support Technician eager to resolve IT issues in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical data center patching, extensive network cabling (fiber and copper), and providing comprehensive onsite support including IMAC/R services, standard service request fulfillment, and VIP assistance. Key responsibilities also include managing RSA tokens, inventory, and RMA/Trade-In processes, along with occasional network interventions. The position requires a strong background in IT, particularly with patching and cabling, and a solid understanding of networking concepts.
