Job Summary
As an SAP Data Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and monitoring of the entire data lifecycle within SAP ERP, aligning with the IT strategy. This involves defining and implementing guidelines for data quality and integrity, managing storage architecture, and controlling data access for various stakeholders. A key part of the role is developing and maintaining data archiving concepts, ensuring their automation and oversight, and securely deleting unneeded data according to retention policies. You will also contribute to strategic planning and lead projects, making this an impactful role for someone with a strong background in data management and SAP.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the mentioned fields with relevant knowledge and additional knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree.
Experience
- Several years of experience in Data Lifecycle Management
- Several years of experience in IT Application Operations
- Experience in creating and evaluating analyses and decision templates
- Experience with system and application functionalities and dependencies
- Strategic planning and project leadership experience
