Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing complex tasks related to personal systems and fundamental duties within datacenter and networking environments. Your day-to-day will involve independently providing IT services for installations, rollouts, and relocations, primarily on-site at customer data centers. Key responsibilities include assembling and disassembling racks, installing and removing hardware components like servers and storage systems, and meticulously cabling power and network connections. You will also perform fault analysis and troubleshooting for servers and cabling issues. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT-specific education, several years of experience in IT hardware installations, and strong communication skills in both German and English.
