Job Summary

This role involves providing professional on-site IT support, focusing heavily on hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance for a client in Wiesbaden. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the setup and dismantling of IT systems, performing hardware repairs, troubleshooting, and executing IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services. The technician will also be responsible for managing asset inventory using customer tools, setting up network and system configurations, and providing 1st and 2nd level hardware/software support. Key requirements include a relevant IT qualification, practical experience in hardware and network configuration, strong organizational skills for asset management, and the ability to work independently and potentially lead small teams.
