Job Summary

This role is for an engaged and reliable IT Service Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in the data center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and implementation of IT infrastructure measures. Day-to-day tasks involve performing cabling work according to specifications, installing, removing, and relocating hardware (servers, network components from various manufacturers), and meticulously documenting all activities within the customer tool. You will also prepare and process support tickets and professionally assist external technicians. Key requirements include solid IT knowledge, experience with data center hardware installation/removal, cabling expertise, and general data center experience. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, alongside a structured, conscientious, and strong team-oriented work ethic. This is a full-time, unlimited contract position offered through temporary employment.
