Job Summary
As an AI Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing business processes for clients across diverse sectors like aviation, logistics, and manufacturing. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and designing comprehensive automation solutions, focusing on digital assistants, Agentic AI, RPA, and intelligent process automation. You'll actively support the implementation of these solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Cognigy, and integrate them into existing IT infrastructures via APIs and databases. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and close cooperation with development teams, applying sound software engineering practices. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in IT consulting, a foundational understanding of AI technologies, and a desire to drive efficiency through innovative automation.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor or Master in IT-related studies
Experience
- 2+ years in process analysis/modeling, software engineering, or AI
- Professional experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath or Power Automate)
- Professional experience with Conversational AI (e.g., Cognigy)
- Professional experience with generative AI (LLMs, prompting, RAG) and Agentic AI
