Job Summary

Join the Avionic Team at Austrian Airlines as an Avionics Workshop Technician, where you will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, repair, and modification of various aircraft components, including cockpit audio equipment, entertainment systems, and fuel quantity computers, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. This role involves precise soldering, troubleshooting, and fault analysis, along with meticulous documentation in the AMOS maintenance system. After internal training, you will be authorized to issue component release certificates. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education in electronics or electromechanics, strong attention to detail, a high safety awareness, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. Good German and English language skills are essential, along with a Class B driving license and an unrestricted work permit for Austria. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical apprenticeship or technical school education in Electronics. Vocational training with a focus on Electrical Engineering/Electromechanics is an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electronics or electromechanics (advantageous)
  • Experience with maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
  • Experience with fault finding and analysis
