Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences degree with a strong IT component (e.g., Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualifications based on skills and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT applications and specialized procedures, ideally within public administration
- Experience in the introduction and support of IT specialized procedures, including requirements analysis and coordination with departments
- Experience in leading or participating in interdisciplinary IT projects
- Experience in user support and training
