Job Summary

The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its Civil Engineering Department as an Asset Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the systematic evaluation and accounting of infrastructure projects, primarily focusing on municipal civil engineering measures. Your daily tasks will involve identifying and processing civil engineering projects, compiling and reviewing project documentation, and performing detailed acquisition and production cost (AHK) calculations for various infrastructure components. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate and compliant asset accounting. Required Skills

Education
