Job Summary

Join the City of Offenbach's Social Welfare Office as a Finance Clerk, contributing to the social security of residents. In this role, you will be responsible for managing regular payment runs, clarifying open items on accounts, and overseeing personal accounts. Your daily tasks will also include reviewing and approving invoices, processing advance payments and final settlements, and managing the department's bank account for check payments. You'll also handle the settlement of health care benefits and provide support in the mailroom and procurement. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for numbers, and a willingness to learn new software. Education

Completed administrative training (e.g., administrative assistant, administrative specialist) or a comparable completed commercial training

Experience
