Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive development, optimization, and production of interior lighting fixtures. The Application Engineer will be responsible for the conception, design, and budgeting of lighting products, ensuring adherence to standards, efficiency, sustainability, and aesthetic design. A key aspect of the role is close collaboration with the design team on the development of steel sheet assemblies, lighting components, and electronics. The position also encompasses general application engineering, product management, lighting planning, and order processing from both technical and commercial perspectives. Candidates will drive process improvements, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and contribute to budget planning for development and manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in electrical engineering or industrial technology, experience in the lighting industry, and a strong understanding of LEAN management and continuous improvement processes.
