Job Summary

The City of Potsdam is seeking two Investment Controlling Officers to join their Finance, Investments, and Controlling department. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and optimizing the city's investment budget, from planning and execution to monitoring and control. You'll contribute to improving investment controlling directives, coordinate and validate city-wide investment program planning, and maintain mid-term financial planning. This position requires a strong background in business or administrative economics, extensive experience in investment controlling, and proficiency in municipal and budgetary law.
