Job Summary

As a Process Consultant, you will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing existing business processes across various departments within the AGRAVIS Group, ranging from animal feed to retail and technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading process optimization projects, conducting workshops using methods like value stream analysis, and meticulously documenting current (IST) processes, identifying weaknesses, and defining target (SOLL) processes. You will drive continuous improvement, define operational standards, and integrate processes into the digital process landscape. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in business administration, process management, or business informatics, who is passionate about enhancing efficiency and quality through structured process improvement and digital transformation, particularly with the upcoming SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
